Koh Nang Yuan - Paradise Island

Ko Nang Yuan is a small island very close to Ko Tao. It is famous for its diving spots and its great snorkeling beach (where fish can be fed by hand).

Many day trippers come from the islands of Ko Tao, Ko Pha Ngan and Ko Samui, as well as from Surat Thani on the Thai mainland.

There is only one restaurant which is part of the Nang Yuan resort. It has a selection of Thai and Western food. One of the best dishes on the menu is the BBQ fish.

You can reach Koh Nang Yuan Island by many Day Tour Operators or you can Stay at the only Hotel on The Island the Nang Yuan Resort reservation is a must! As i have been many times at Koh Nang Yuan Island for snorkeling i can Higly recommend it.

Fisherman's Village - Samui

Fisherman's Village in Bophud is a must visit while your Holidays on Koh Samui. There are plenty of Restaurants, Cafe´s, Boutiques and Souvenier Shops! The Seafood is fresh and the ocean view is amazing.

The Cliff Bar & Grill a Marvelous location

Marvelous location. Fabulous style. Terrific food. With these attractions, you would think that The Cliff Bar and Grill would be extremely popular.



And you'd be right! But before I go any further, I'd better say that dinner reservations here are definitely advisable. Tables do get snapped up very quickly and for very good reasons...The setting, as the name suggests, is breathtaking.

It's high up on the mountainous section of the ring-road between Chaweng and Lamai, and looks down upon huge natural boulders next to the water's edge and across a picturesque bay to a tropical headland.

And being open from midday makes The Cliff an ideal spot for stopping for lunch too when you can really appeciate the surrounding natural beauty.



Choose between the 50-seat marble-floored interior section with its abundant 'birds of paradise' plants, hand-painted ceramics and its designer dŽcor, or the 28-seat terrace area outside under the stars. Both spots are equally spacious with heavy wooden tables and chairs giving a very 'solid' feel to the place.

And next, the food. It's Mediterranean, with the accent on Portuguese, Italian and Spanish. And although the menu isn't large, there're plenty of choices in many categories.



But most importantly, and this is where the magic ingredient comes in, it's all prepared and presented by owner and master chef, Bradley Munns.

Update: If been there again and the food was fantastic! I recommend the Filet Steak and the Creole Chicken! If you want to enjoy the amazing view you´ll need an reservation!

Update: My last visit at Prego´s was great, the food was good and the Staff very friendly! I can recommend Prego´s but there are also a lot of other good Italian Restaurants on the Island.

Update:  I have been quite some times at Zico´s and not always happy about the quality. If you´ll eat here in the early evening the food seems to be better. The Salad buffet is still and always fantastic.
